If your car is not driveable, we can arrange for it to be towed. If you are able to  drop it off in person, we’re happy to receive it at either our Norwood or our Norfolk location. With your claim number, we’ll deal with your insurance company. And if you need a rental car, we have an Enterprise office on site. 

Our expert team of repair technicians, who are familiar with methods, parts and costs, will evaluate your car. They will then assemble an organized report that includes specific damages as well as costs. It will include our best recommendations on how to get your car back to factory original status. 

Our trained and certified technicians will disassemble, repair and reassemble your car, using our state-of-the-art frame machines and computerized measuring system. We have a separate area for aluminum repair to prevent cross contamination with steel, and we typically use factory parts to ensure the integrity and value of your vehicle. We’ll also address any mechanical issues. 

Using PPG paints with on-site computerized color matching and a state-of-the-art Italian, temperature-controlled downdraft spray booth, we can reduce cycle time and create what is essentially a modern factory finish. Finally, we’ll give it a full detail by hand, so it looks pristine inside and out. 

C&E is truly a one-stop shop. We complete all repairs, both structural and mechanical, on site, so your car never leaves the premises.
